We used primers all the time because we don't want to ruin our eye makeup and to keep it safe from fading and creasing. Its a creamy shadow base which glides on lids easily & make my shadow creaeless all day long. It comes in a air tight glass container . I was in a search of a good primer in less price with good results as well so here I found this baby. Sometime I use this primer to even out my eyelids and I'm good to go.

Application:
You can use this primer with your clean finger on your lids or you can use it with a synthetic brush. I personally use this with my ring finger.

Rimmel Exaggerate Liquid Eyeliner In 100% Black Review+Swatches

Hello Everyone,

Today I'm reviewing  Rimmel Exaggerate Liquid Eyeliner in 100% Black. I bought this eyeliner from Eid sale. If you're new in eyeliner than I must say its great for you. It is good for drawing a thick or thin lines with a ease.

My Experience:
I bought this eyeliner a couple of weeks ago from Eid sale and I'm totally in love with it. I love its intensity of the color and it gives me full control while applying my eyeliner. I can make thin and thick flicks with this eyeliner because of its sharp pointed nib and it stays longer than i imagine.

Whenever I dip the brush inside the bottle I get the exact right amount . It's a perfect dark black color which every girl is looking for.

The only thing which I don't like about this is it is not a waterproof formula, so ladies don't try to rub your eyes as it would smudge easily.

Application:
Apply a eyeshadow base first so your eyeliner doesn't fade and smudge and stays all day long.

Create the small winged line with Rimmel Exaggerate Liquid Eyeliner

Swatches:

You can see the thin and thick line with this eyeliner

Too Faced Shadow Insurance Review+Swatches

Hello Everyone,

Today I am reviewing "Shadow Insurance" by Too Faced . Its the first time that I have tried this primer than my usually Urban Decay Primer Potion and it has turned out to be a good find. I bought this primer after reading its catalog and I thought to give it a try from their website; www.toofaced.com, it also features as one of their best sellers. Also check out their other product details which could be added to your collection and experiment, I am sure you will like it.

Lets start the review of the Shadow Insurance

My Experience:

I really like the result of this primer its as good as UDPP's if you really have to compare. It came in a sleek metallic finish squeeze tube. I can get the product easily from tube and have full control so my primer does not waste at all. A small amount of products goes in a long way. I love how it makes my eyeshadow vibrant and it stays all day long with no creasing and fading.

Application:

Squeeze a small amount from the tube and apply it on your entire eyelid with your clean finger. The key is to wait for 10sec and then apply your eyeshadow, it will help you to blend your eyeshadow easily (you can see the diff in the swatches below).

Swatches:

Hello Everyone,

Its my 2nd time I'm trying a celebrity inspired makeup look. As you know from the title its about "Ariana Grande". she is an actress, singer and song writer.

  • Benefit Porefessional Primer
  • Benefit High Beam Highlighter
  • Rimmel eyebrow pencil in "Black brown".

Products Used For Eyes:
  • Urban decay Naked palette
  • Catrice prime and fine eye primer
  • maybelline Colosal Express Mascara For Cat Eyes

I use demi lashes & applied it at the corners for that flirty effect

Products Used For Lips:
  • Rimmel Color Show off lipstick in 020 Shake up Pink.
  • Nyx soft mate lip cream in "Antwerp"
Step wise Instructions:
  • Prime your eyes and sweep some champagne shimmer color virgin on your entire lid.
  • Now take a dark brown color from naked palette and apply on crease and blend it well
  • Then I use Hustle from my Ud Naked 1 palette and apply it on my outer v.
  • I again use virgin and apply it to my inner and lower lash line & also apply underneath my brow bone.
  • Tide line your eye with a black pencil eyeliner.
  •  Use a black eyeliner and slightly winged it out
  •  Apply false eyelashes and coat them with some mascara.
  • Apply bronzer on your cheek bones, temples and jawline.
  • Now sweep a pink blush on your cheeks for that baby look.
  • use a highlighter and apply on the bridge of your nose, cheek bones, chin and upper lip area.

Its a inspired look I'm not trying to look like her at all & If you like this look than let me know with your comments :)

Marks & Spencer Blusher Limited Collection In Pink Mix Review+Swatches

Hello Everyone,

Today's post is for "M&S Blusher Limited Collection in Pink Mix". Its my first time with M&S and I bought this blusher from their valentine limited edition.

My Experience:
I totally love it!!!! it smells like roses and it comes in a cardboard packaging which is so adorable. When i first saw I couldn't take my eye away from those little raised hearts. The pigmentation is very nice. It has a lil bit shimmer which leaves a subtle glow. If you are looking for a perfect pink blush than  this is the one.

There are three color of hearts printed inside the blusher, pink, peach and mauve. There is only one thing that I don't like about this product is that you can not apply any color separately. For me it is the perfect barbie pink color. This is a great color to wear on a bright sunny day :)

Application:
Apply your foundation, BB cream or primer first to make your blush long lasting and then sweep your blush on your cheeks with the help of your blush brush.

How adorable are these lil hearts on it

Swatches:

Thumbs Up:
  • Lasts for 6 hours without touch ups
  • Pigmented
  • Buildable
  • Cute packaging
  • Economical
Thumbs Down:
  • Its difficult to apply different blush shades separately

Quantity:
9g

Price:
Qr30

Texture:
Smooth

My Rating:
4/5

Availability:

Would I Repurchase It?

Lancome Rouge In Love Lipstick 159B Review+Swatches

Hello Everyone,

Today I'm reviewing"Lancome Rouge In Love Lipstick 159B" . Actually its not a full size one. I got this free with the purchase of a perfume from Lancome counter.

My Experience:
I totally love this lipstick and the name Rouge In Love. Its a bright red coral lipstick which Emma watson wears in lancome's ad as well. This color reminds me of beauty of the Snow white ahhhh well move on to the topic :D. It glides on my lips like butter. Its one of the lipsticks shades which I love to wear in fall time and parties. It really moisturize my lips during the dry weather & it wont look patchy at all. Its a very build able lipstick if you want a lil bit red on your lips than apply it once but if you want to make it more intense than apply 2 layers of this beautie. The lancome rouge in love 159B is highly pigmented. It has a long lasting power and glossy effect so I don't need to apply lip gloss over it.

Application:
If you want to make your lipstick long lasting then apply lipstick direct from the tube or you can apply with a lip brush than place a tissue paper on your lips, then apply some loose face powder over it now take the tissue paper off and apply another layer of lipstick. With this technique your lipstick will be long lasting.

  Swatches:

Thumbs Up:
  • Glides smoothly
  • Stays on lips around 5 to 6 hours
  • Has a glossy effect
  • Moisturize perfectly
  • Comes in a chic silver tube
Thumbs Down:

  • pricey

Texture:
Creamy/ buttery

Quantity:
4.ml

My Rating:
5/5

Price:
$30 for full size

Availability:
Sephora, Fifty one East & Debanhams

Would I Repurchase It?
Yes!

Have you tried Lancome's Rouge In love Collection ? Which are your favourite shades from this line, let me know with your comments below :)

Cute Halloween Monsters (NOTD)

Hello Everyone,

Today I am here with a fun post, NOTD for Halloween called "Cute Halloween Monsters". As you all know that the Halloween is only a month away and I thought to try some NOTD post. Its super simple & easy to do so lets get started :D

Things you will need:
  1. Boots base coat
  2. Max factor Top coat
  3. Revlon nail enamel in "Posh"
  4. Maybelline nail enamel in "Cool Blue".
  5. Color studio nail paint in "Pretty in pink".
  6. Color Studio nail paint in "Black pearl".
  7. Flormar nail paint in .white".
  8. St nail paint in "1125 Pale yellow".
  9.  Toothpicks
  10. Q-tip (cotton buds)
  11. Nail remover
  12. Sewing pins

Step By Step:
  • Apply any nail paint of your choice as a base color for the monster's skin.
  • now make two 2 oval shape dots in black color, use back of a sewing pin. Like in pic 1.
  • Than make 2 white small dots inside the black dots for the monster eye with the small sewing pin. See pic 2. You can have them anywhere, I am just showing you how i did it, make em cute and crazy :P
  • Now draw two lil black dots as monster's nose with the help of a toothpick. Toothpicks are very handy nail tools, you just need to make sure you buy ones with the right structure. After applying it, your nails should look like something in pic 3.
  • finally draw a line and than draw 2 or 3 vertical lines over it as monster's mouth with the help of a toothpick like pic 4 and apply top coat to seal everything.
  • last but not the least dip a Q-tip in a nail remover and clear any residue.
  • And voila now you're done :)
Its a versatile technique and you can draw alot of creative things with this equipment which is easily available in the house, and there is absolutely no need to invest in nail art tools. Nail art tools are nice to have, but as it is art is creation, not practise

Here are the digitals of the stuff I used for creating my cute nail monsters, check out the first pic on the top.

                                                          Nail Paints for this NOTD
                                                                 Tools used to create monsters

In Qatar I could not find  the nail art tools, if you guys know where you got it from please share, or you can use some of home made tools, I must say these are very effective :P

Do you like this NOTD if yes than let me know with your comments and if you want me to do any specific NOTD post than tell me and I will try my best to share my ideas.

Thanks
